Our products are 100% guaranteed. Your happiness is important to us. We will be responsible for correcting any errors or damage in shipping. If you are unhappy with the performance of any of our products, or have an allergic reaction to it, you may return it for refund or credit within 30 days of the original shipping date. Unopened product may also be returned within 30 days of the original shipping date.   Original shipping charges are not refundable.

If you are unhappy with the performance of a product or experience an allergic reaction, we ask you to bear the cost of returning the item to us. We will, however, bear the shipping cost to send you a replacement. In the rare event of an allergic reaction we may be able to recommend, and with your approval, supply a suitable replacement.

Returns are accepted only with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please contact us at CustomerService@WholeAromatherapy.com to request an RA#, explaining the reason for the return and you will receive instructions on how to return your product.
